Spinach Casserole

 

 

2 (10-ounce) packages frozen spinach (thawed and cooked)

2 can cream of mushroom soup

1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese

3 cups plain bread crumbs (divided 2 cups + 1 cup)

 

·         Combine all ingredients (except 1 cup of bread crumbs)

 

·         Pour into casserole dish

 

·         Pour remaining bread crumbs on top.

 

·         Bake at 350º for 30-40 minutes.
